Answer: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging to be eligible.

Answer: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can return it in its original condition and packaging. Once we inspect the item and confirm the issue, we’ll issue a refund along with any applicable shipping fees.

Answer: Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return request made after 15 days from delivery.

  • Product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.

  • Items from non-returnable categories (e.g., hygiene-related items, opened consumables).

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Answer: The following items are non-returnable:
